I have a bad habit of making things look easy to the casual onlooker. I think I'm making this whole move out of my house look effortless and fun, but in truth I am just pushing those big feelings away into some dark place to surface later. It's not healthy, but I'll think about changing that tomorrow. 😁
The Palisades Gourmet Club was a blessed haven of fun that helped me skirt around the thorny realities of my familial troubles. We formed this group to start exploring the foods of different countries and it soon mushroomed way beyond that into elaborate dinners with costumes and wines and slide shows. It was delightful!
