In The Way of the Traveller, Joseph Dispenza says, "You are the hero of your own journey. Every time you leave home on a trip, you are embarking on a quest for self-knowledge. The spiritual provisions you bring with you are... a kind of insurance for the success of the trip on a spiritual level."
So I am consciously trying to leave behind the spiritual crap that is too heavy and hard to carry. I see others, people that I love, who have carried things far too long which have then turned into ugly lumps that they can't seem to let go of. I would like to age more gracefully.
