Americans are everywhere. Travel to Europe is on everybody's list this summer and I am running into my countrymen every where I go. A few anecdotes from the hotel dining room and then I get to a huge event in my history that started with a few small tears. It should not have had the momentum that it did, but you never know about these things until you're on the other side of them.
