1- Blessed are they who humble themselves without being compelled to be humble (Alma 32:16)
2- If ye nourish it with much care it will get root, and grow up, and bring forth fruit. But if ye neglect the tree, and take no thought for its nourishment, behold it will not get any root (Alma 32:37-38)
3- The intent of this last sacrifice, to bring about the bowels of mercy, which overpowereth justice, and bringeth about means unto men that they may have faith unto repentance. And thus mercy can satisfy the demands of justice, and encircles them in the arms of safety, while he that exercises no faith unto repentance is exposed to the whole law of the demands of justice; (Alma 34:15-16)
4- let your hearts be full, drawn out in prayer unto him continually for your welfare, and also for the welfare of those who are around you. (Alma 34:27)
5-Live in thanksgiving daily, for the many mercies and blessings which he doth bestow upon you. (Alma 34:38)
