Letting go - and no we are not singing a Frozen song.
I thought I was really good at being someone who has truly let go from everything. I follow my intuition moment to moment and always allow the flow of what is happening each day rather than following a set plan or steps toward something. It wasn't until my recent ascending frustration with the traffic on the road that I noticed, that I still had more to learn.
I often find that there are situations, experiences and just about anything that shows up around me to guide me or lead me into a new thought, direction or just another step. But when there is something that is repeating, like a pattern, a set of words or numbers or ideas, I also make sure that I follow them to see where they may lead me.
My latest discovery on truly letting go has become a welcome reminder to me about the journey that I am on and how I want to experience it. Every day I welcome new ideas, thoughts and understandings as I travel this unknown path.
