There are not many who will experience the journey of their spiritual awakening coupled with their grief journey. I was one of the (un)lucky few who started their spiritual journey, lost their husband unexpectedly and continued on walking both paths at the same time.
I used spirituality as a priority during my grieving process as I thought it could alleviate the pain I was experiencing. But what I found was that there was no way to go down one path without the other, they are similar but also so unique and individual to everyone. And whilst this chat is not everything that I experienced during this journey, it is an intro to how they can be so intertwined. (But don't worry, there is a book coming that will be going deep into it)
