We hear a lot about shadow work, but what is it and do we need to do it? I am talking all about shadow work from my perspective, how I see it and what I did when I did my own shadow work. Shadow work can mean different things for different people, so it is good to hear another perspective on what they think about it. The only truth you will ever have is the one that is your own.
