"Vulnerability minus boundaries is not vulnerability," argues Brene Brown. Much of her work explores what true vulnerability looks like. And she believes that whenever someone overshares on social media, they're not vulnerable, they're seeking validation. This is an interesting notion I wanted to explore, which is what this episode is about. I consider if there are times sharing on social media is actually an act of vulnerability and how to qualify those times. Furthermore, what this means and how it impacts you and your work.
