The Web3 and metaverse space is about communities collectively creating possibilities for each other. This is a huge paradigm shift from a dictated vision and isolated deliverance without compassion or value compensation. What does it mean to work without the fear of survival, where personal inspiration leads? How do we cultivate and support an environment that allows for such expression? What makes community? These are the aspects of this new space that I'm still trying to understand. What are your thoughts?
