Do you ever stop and take notice to the conversations going on in your head? We have upwards of 60,000 thoughts a day, and most of them are the same day to day! So the question is, are you having negative, self limiting thoughts, or are you having positive, abundant thoughts? Either way, the things you think about the most will ultimately appear in your life through people, scenarios, places, and things. So take a self assessment, is there anything in your life you don't like? It's there because of your thoughts. Is there somethings in your like that you love? It's there because of your thoughts. So I challenge you to take notice of your thoughts throughout the day and rewrite the script. Realize when you're triggered or how you respond to scenarios, and create a positive response instead. Become more grateful and positive for the life you have, and soon you will experience, people, places, situations and events that bring more joy and abundance. This is not hocus pocus, it is just so simple that some people don't believe it to be true.
