Let's talk insecurity, self-doubt, imposter syndrome, negative thought cycles and how we can stop racking our brains trying to find the right answers and instead learn how to block out the background noise that keeps us stagnant and overall -- unfulfilled. There are probably so many things we want to accomplish but that nagging voice in the back of our heads (that we give way too much power to by the way) can prevent us from just going after what we want.
