So many of us are so used to routine or content in their life to the point where it is doing a disservice. In our routine, we don’t feel the need to reflect on what is going well and what is not, and because of that, we don’t realize that our minds and bodies are lacking or struggling mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually. In this episode, we get to hear from a Spiritual Coach and Energy Healer about how to pay attention to our bodies, step out of the comfort zone and try practices and rituals that are healing holistically.

About Charisse:

I started my healing journey in 2008 primarily volunteering time to those in need and eventually creating a nonprofit to extend her healing energy and give to those fighting homelessness. After observing human behavior and studying history, I started my journey to study mental wellness.

Since then I have become a Spiritual Life Coach, psychology minor, and pursuing my degree to become a Licensed Professional Counselor, LPC. My journey has led me to heal the mind+body+soul with a holistic approach.
