P & I sit down to talk all about milking the goats. We talk through dehorning the kids, banding the buckling, how we go about milking, or rather how Arthur goes about milking, and how we handle the milk once it reaches the kitchen. Getting milk from our goats has been a two-year deal, so what's the verdict? Is goat's milk better or worse than cow's milk?
