The body, the heart, the mind, the soul, the Spirit, the land, the earth require rest like God did on the 7th day. Gen.2:2; Ps116:7; Job 3:17; Jer. 6:16; Matt. 11:28; Lev. 25:5. Rest heals, restores, enlightens, heightens creativity, precludes burnout and diseases, makes intimacy with God readily accessible.
