We are to have conduct worthy of the gospel of Christ (Philippians 1:27) As such, if mature we will be more alike than different as the disciples matured into Apostles and were first called Christians at Antioch. We are made in the image and likeness of God, to have the same mind, same walk, same rule/ governing standard, me love, considerate of the poor. Philippians 2:2,20; 1 Cor. 1:10; Romans 12:16; Galatians 2:10; 1 Timothy 3:11. God is telling His body to grow up in Christ. None of this preeminence to sit on right and left, or I follow Paul no I follow Apollos.
