In this episode, we are talking about our response to life when certain incidents happen. Incidents that push us into a dark corner, a trauma that appears difficult to heal from. The question arises, can we recover from any incident in life? Even an incident, where a family member tells you, “You will die, while giving birth to your child?” Even when you are traumatized every single day? When you are locked out of the house? Or when you are questioned about the child you are carrying?
I would like to believe that the answer to this question can always be – YES!
Yes, we can find ways to get over the most difficult and traumatizing phases of our lives. Provided, we are willing to Heal. Provided we are willing to make the effort to heal.
In this episode, I am in a Candid Conversation with Tarushi. Tarushi is not our guest’s real name. She has decided to keep her identity under wraps for reasons to maintain harmony and grace. Tarushi means Courageous. The guest on our podcast is indeed that: Courageous.
The purpose of bringing this “Real Story, of a Real Person” to the fore, is to tell those going through a similar situation:
· To identify the symptoms of depression, rejection and anxiety and act soon
· To seek support from a professional, a Counselor or a Psychotherapist.
· To communicate the feelings and not bottle it up.
· To make a conscious effort to heal.
Else, it’s impact may trickle down to the next generation, and that might be the most difficult situation to be in. You must remember, what Tarushi concluded: You are Strong, if you talk about it and under every situation, Fight for a Good Life!
