Description

As we watch our children express a clear preference for sitting on a couch in front of a screen over playing outside, something moves inside and we want to change this. Most studies agree that kids who play outside are smarter, happier, more attentive, and less anxious than kids who spend more time indoors.

Spending time outdoors isn’t just enjoyable — it’s also necessary.

Spending time with nature can build a child’s confidence, owing to the fact that there is less structure as compared to most indoor sports.  Children can choose how they interact with nature and manage their own actions responsibly.
