In today's episode, I look into the use of pronouns in daily life and how this may impact on trans and non-binary people. Pronouns for a significant part of how we are recognised by others within gendered society, therefore by acknowledging this significance, we can integrate correct use of gendered pronouns into our speech. We will also think about how to turn off that pronoun autopilot that tells us to guess at pronouns based on someone's presentation. @GenderMHNurse
