Episode 002 - How To Sell Your Home FAST!
The secret is simple. It's easy. But you will need to step back from what you may want to do. It's really exciting to sell your home fast and when you get offers during the first week of it being on the market, something odd happens in our brain. We start to think, since someone offered so quickly, there must be a ton of other and higher offers coming. And we tend to wait to respond to that first offer(s). I am pleading with you not to do that and will tell you why.
