Episode 009 - Your Agent Can't Tell You That
Your Agent Can't Tell You That There's a bunch of things we can't tell you as your real estate agent. Things like best school, best neighborhoods, crime rates, etc...we just can't answer those questions. Don't be offended, annoyed or upset by it. Doing so puts an agent's license at risk and is just not the right thing to do. There is a term for it...it's called Steering. Instead, it's up to you to investigate and do your own research regarding questions like that. I promise...it's not personal!
