How can one agent represent both sides to a home sale? Seems weird doesn't it? How can they fight for my interests as a home seller if they are also fighting for the interests of a buyer at the same time? All perfect questions to ask when your agent tells you they are representing both sides to a home sale... Keep asking questions and DO NOT agree to it if you feel uneasy at all. A lot of people think they have to agree to dual agency...YOU DON'T!
