Some Sellers ask their agents to put restrictions on when, who, and how to show their home when they decide to sell it. What is coming up now just a little bit are Seller asking to restrict showings to only vaccinated people.
It is up to the Seller to decide what makes them feel comfortable and safe, but understand that it will restrict the amount of buyers that will compete for your property. This applies to any restriction you put on the sale of your home.
