All of the "gazillion" documents you sign when buying and selling a home need to be in your files after you close. Ask your agent at the beginning of the transaction how that will be handled. This will take a lot of the stress out of you figuring our what to keep, what not to keep, and worrying you didn't keep it all! On our team, we simply inform our clients that they will get a link after closing with everything and anything associated with their transaction. So they can relax and try to enjoy the process.
