You have a few options when a buyer sends over a request for some repairs or a credit after their inspections. At least in CA. Check your local state for differences.
You can say OK to all of it. You can say OK to some of it. Or...you can ignore it.
Now, you want to make a deal so you likely will be advised to do something, but don't be terrified to say no to certain things.
Remember...the Buyer really wants to buy your house as much as you really want to sell it. Just keep that in mind!
