JOY. Someone once said that joy is "the serious business of heaven." That makes sense in light of the fact that nothing can ultimately satisfy us this side of eternity. Perhaps we have been created for infinite joy and yet continually fall short because of our short-sighted desires and limited understanding of where joy is to be found. What if we've been designed to discover all joy in and through God? What if all of creation has been established as a sign post pointing to something/Someone beyond creation? Could all of our longings and experiences be used by God to ground us in a joy that never disappoints? How can we be joy-filled in our day-to-day living?
