The story is surrounded by failure. The disciples fail, Judas fails, Peter fails and let’s be honest - it looks like Jesus fails, as he is taken into custody. But Jesus has his eye on a different enemy, evil. The Biblical Epic spans the beginning of humanity until God says that’s enough. God takes on our failures to His success. Isaiah 51-53 was written 700 years before Jesus and only Jesus is sticking to the plan. Hitch your wagon to Jesus’ success.
