Talkin’ God with Uncle Luke
Luke 21:25-38
It’s the end of the world as we know it! And I feel fine? Why? From God’s point of view, the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ has inaugurated the last days. But that doesn’t mean it’s over, and that’s why we feel fine. Because of God’s great love we are not consumed. Judgment is God’s work alone, but it is not the work he loves. The work he loves is salvation. Nations will continue to war and make people live in fear and uncertainty, but God has revealed the end has begun, so straighten up, stay awake and live on Jesus’ words and deeds.
