on this journey of self-discovery, i've been forced to realize some harsh truths about myself. one of these truths being that i had been holding my breath, unconsciously waiting on someone or something to come save me. from what, exactly? well... the findings are still pending (lol). but i wholeheartedly decided that i am no longer waiting to be saved. it's both fortunately and unfortunately no longer working for me. in this process of becoming the hero of my story, i noticed some life altering changes within this decision.
