My favorite episodes are the ones I have a thought to share and for whatever reason I end up sharing something completely different. This is one of this episodes.

I talk about consistency and adaptability. You can have even more benefit to some of your practices if you allow some flexibility in the way you do them.

Then I hit on my original thought which is living each day fully it surviving 5 days of the week to get to the 2 days of the weekend (5/2) approach. We may not have tomorrow so live it fully today!
