Academics
- Seniors interested in taking the SAT for FREE and Juniors taking the PSAT for $17 on October 16th must sign up in the School Counseling Office by THIS Friday., September 6th.
Clubs
- Key Club will have its first regular meeting of the year on Monday, September 9th, after school in the LIBRARY. All students are welcome to attend! Dues of $15 may be paid at this meeting for anyone wishing to join.
- Are you a writer, photographer, or artist? Do you have an eye for graphic design? If so, then Calliope literary magazine needs you to join our club. Come to our first meeting of the year on Thursday, September 12 at 3:00 in Room 118. We will find a place for you on the literary magazine staff or as a contributor. We look forward to seeing you there.
- The French club will hold its first meeting this Friday from 3:00 till 4:15 in Mrs. Turner's room. It is $5 to join. You get a pin and food at meetings throughout the year. You don't have to be in French or know French to join. Come join us for corn hole, food and trivia this Friday! See Mrs. Turner for details. We we baguette!

- SCA voting will take place in English classes on Tuesday, Sept. 10. Haven't dropped off your application yet? See Mrs. Kramer in the library

- Seniors! Don't forget to stop by room 112 and talk to Mrs. Brumfield about your senior ad in the yearbook today!
- Photographers will be at BHS on September 11 for formal senior pictures. Please come to the front office to sign up for a time to get your picture taken during an elective period
