To answer this, we have interviewed Leïla Maidane, a social #entrepreneur focused on #diversity and equal #opportunities. She started her #career in #IT consulting before deciding to fully commit to her entrepreneurial journey. She co-founded Femmes Fières in 2017 and founded #BeGreator in 2020, a tech #startup that develops and uses #AI driven #technologies to reduce & close the #education-to-employment #gap and secure #inclusive, #skill-driven talent management practices.
