Success with transformation, in general, has always been hard to come by. In the digital world, the challenge became more critical during the Covid-19 pandemic when technologies accelerated vividly. Only about 30%* of companies have navigated a digital transformation successfully worldwide. And navigating it in the midst of uncertainty is complex as new behaviors emerge and evolve dramatically.
