In our second episode on anxiety, we offer you an abundance of insights and tools to help you begin to undo and ease anxiety.  There's a lot packed into this episode and so we encourage you to bring your pen and paper if you are personally looking for help with anxiety.  Take this slow and go one step at a time.  Simply starting with a simple breathing exercise that Janine shares will make a significant impact as you learn all that is really happening as you apply this basic tool.  There is much to be done to address anxiety and its underlying causes.  We touch on the majority of solutions in this episode and encourage you to embrace hope.  It can get so much better and possibly even go away altogether if you are willing to show up for yourself and do the work!  A powerful message from Love Itself reminds us all that we are not alone and we don't have to figure this out alone!
