Im feeling myself grow into the monster Ive always wanted to be....
Some of the exact words I told my coach Meg.. I had no idea that I could do something like this much less have the stage be my destination. I have taught myself so much already but having a coach that really pushes you cause she can already see what you're going to be is an INCREDIBLE feeling.
I am back to Macro counting and I remember now why I loved it so much but also why I hated it at times. I wasn't on a plan back then but I wanted to stick in my numbers. My numbers now are a plan and the starter pack for my body to start transforming.
I cannot wait to see what she has to say in my check ins today cause I'm feeling really good.
