I've referenced my personal self care journey in many episodes, but today I go into detail about my journey and how it has evolved. My self care really began in April 2020 when I first realized I'd lost connection with myself. That was almost 2 years ago. My self care journey has since evolved or transformed in 3 steps.

  1. A lot of time in my B Room (the place or time where I hear my thoughts the clearest)
  2. Self care activities built around my Boost Type (the wellness points that make us feel the most whole as mothers)
  3. Planning (intentionally setting aside the time for self care)
