Today, we were joined by Arthur of Custom Kneads PR (@customkneadspr on Instagram) to discuss his unique method of combining PEMF Electrons Plus therapy with other bodywork practices. Arthur directs a current through the body to create mind-blowing results for clients of all types, including patients with Bell's Palsy, or who suffered strokes.
From Arthur himself:
"My name is Arthur and I’m a licensed and certified athletic trainer (ATC) and licensed massage therapist (LMT). Arthur received a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training (2003) from Arkansas State University and Masters of Education in Kinesiology (2005) from Stephen F. Austin State University. I have been working in the sports medicine field since 2003 and have been practicing massage therapy since 2012.
I started my own massage and bodywork practice in 2012 called Custom Kneads Performance & Recovery. I perform sports medicine & bodywork services, in the convenience of your home. I specialize in treating many soft tissue injuries and movement dysfunctions at the skin, muscular, and cellular levels utilizing various manual therapy techniques and healing modalities. Each session is customized to the client’s precise needs and lifestyle to improve overall performance, helping you feel better and move better."
Dr. William Rajbar and Anthony Manuele join forces for a podcast exploring the wild and wonderful niche world of "functional fitness". Trying to find the grand unified theory of biomechanics and how the human body was MEANT to move, we dive into some high level concepts, invite guests on for conversation, and above all, try to learn from everyone while keeping an open mind.

From Dr. Will:
"Currently I work as a chiropractor in Banff Alberta, however my passion is human movement/biomechanics. I put theory into TEST to find out what works and what doesn’t. The Bruce Lee quote “take whats useful and disregard the rest” is how I find movement truth. The ultimate truth is in the movement not the theory, it has to work in reality.
Now Running/Gait mechanics and martial arts (especially boxing) is how I test truth in movement; theory is always put to the test!
From my teenage years into my late 20s, I spent significant time within mainstream fitness practices such as Crossfit, powerlifting, Olympic lifting, gymnastics, and bodybuilding, not in that particular order.
I have also spent time playing soccer, boxing, skiing amongst other sports. Having stacked many injuries in my teens/20s from improper training, I was led on a journey into chiropractic and sports injuries. I have worked with 1000s of injured patients in 8 years of chiropractic practice and have seen many injuries in the gym as a former Crossfit coach for 5 years.
I've now spent 1000's of hours learning and practicing systems such as Functional Range Conditioning, Weckmethod and Goata. Goata has my interest at the moment, as I see it as a platform for a new Paradigm in movement. I believe we (Experts) are using incorrect maps of movement, therefore injuries are prevalent in sport and life. I will always test and retest in my own theories in real movement.
Join me on my journey to change the movement game for the public and experts."
