In this episode I talk through my experience doing the 75Hard Program. I go into all the details of what went well, and what snuck up on me. More importantly I have coined what I believe is a logical mental fitness program a trucker can do that can help change their lifestyle, and set them up for success:

Lombard69 Program

1. 100g of Protein per day

2. 7,000+ steps per day

3. 2 liters of water per day

4. Read 10 pages of non-fiction book. START with Can't Hurt Me by David Goggins if you haven't already read it

5. Take a Progress photo

6. No alcohol

7. BONUS: While on home time, do one 45min strength/weightlifting workout.
