On today's episode I talk with Evan Shelley the Founder and CEO of Truck Parking Club. I met Evan back at the Mid America Trucking show where they had a very active and entertaining booth. You know we take truck parking seriously on this show so I knew we needed to keep in touch. Essentially what Evan has created is an Airbnb for truck parking, circumventing the egregious zoning laws that take years to navigate in order to specifically build truck parking. Business owners can host their land/lots for free on this platform, and is also free for Carriers and drivers to sign up for. They're regularly adding new places to park and already have some in areas outside the port of Newark as well as Southern California.
