Students, here are several ways to celebrate JUNETEENTH this weekend starting June 14th - June 21st.

1. Attend community, family & friends gatherings like parades, concerts, pageants and other cultural events.
2. Showcase your support for black owned businesses or volunteer your time & money that support black communities which can be a way to give back & make a difference.
3. Attend events like festivals that features Black art, music, dance and other cultural performances.
4. Learn about the history and significance of the Juneteenth holiday by visiting museums and historical sites that highlights African American History about Emancipation Proclamation & the on going struggle for equality.
