Description

This episode was going to be a 5-minute clip of me explaining the absence of an episode, but as I was talking I realised suddenly how comfortable I was and let the ideas flow while I no longer felt the pressure that I had while recording in the studio.

Recording in bed was just convenient for me, but it allowed me to practice what I preach in taking time out for myself and reassociating this 'task' with my usual positive feelings.

Grief is something I'm especially empathetic about and I also want to voice that to anyone experiencing similar stress (in terms of subject matter or intensity of emotion) - who may be in need of someone to talk to - you can reach out to me with no pressure. I'm on Instagram as @ syicpod
