Description

Many people on social media share about post show struggles and failing their reverse diet. I know for me I had the full intent to follow a recovery diet. Little did I know that life would have different plans for me. This episode I open up on why I decided to stop tracking macros completely. Lastly, I share about how I go about mindful eating and how it has helped my mental health.
