Christopher Carter was Baptized June 13, 2016 in the Tennessee River. Mr. Carter entered into ministry March 2021. Christopher went to Bear Valley Bible Institute and has a bachelors in business administration from Baker University. Mr. Carter is a full-time prison minister. Christopher has done some mission work in Tanzania.
