John Allen Muhammed (41) and Lee Boyd Malvo (17) were an unusual pair that met in 1999 in Argentina when John was kidnapping his kids and Lee lived there with his mom. Who knew these best buddies would later on terrorize the DC/Baltimore area along with random killings in other states.
