I could have also title this “tying up loose ends”!

Why do I say this?

 

Because we often dwell on what we “didn’t do”, that we believe
we “should have” done.

According to cultural norms… what we see on TV, on
commercials, etc., or something “someone” said.

 

First: We need to
understand that these are justTHOUGHTS.

 

Solution:

We can take steps to address
what’s keeping us awake, IF that’s
what we want.

Such as…

Call or text someone

Write a note, if that’s what it takes

Use Amazon (or any other provider) for gift-giving…

Do whatever it
takes for you to have peace of mind.

 

Understand that this is just for YOU…

Why do I say this?

Because I’ve NEVER been kept awake thinking of how others“didn’t do enough for me today”, so
that tells me that if I’m thinking that, it may just be me… MY thoughts.

 

So do what YOU need to do, for YOU to be at peace.
