When we’re complaining, we’re in negative energy, attracting even more negative energy.
Have you ever had these thoughts, or heard anyone else say them?...
• My life sucks
• I hate my life
• I hate my body
• My family is awful, they’re all dysfunctional
• No one in my family supports me or loves
• Everyone hates me
• I never catch a break
• I have bad luck
• People always take advantage of me
• I’m a magnet for losers
• I’m cleaning my “friends” list
• I wish I had a better job
• I wish I had a better husband (maybe not these exact words)
• I wish I had a better, bigger house
• My in-laws hate me...
The list goes on and on.
All these sentences come from real life... suffering created by our thoughts… and most importantly, they carry with them the power of multiplicity! Everything we do, say, think, and ARE… attracts MORE. We attract what we think about most.
That being said, keep an eye on your thoughts and the feelings they create, and the actions you take based on them. Ultimately, create your current reality... INDEFINITLY!
So, here’s in invitation to examine if there’s anything in your current life that feels negative, like you can’t get ahead, or like it’s someone else’s fault that you’re unhappy, and really think about whether those thoughts are actually true?
