The day I learned that happiness did not come from outside of me changed my life forever... Don't ask me how old I was!
Why didn't someone tell me this when I was young, and hoping "someone" would come a long and make me whole... or "complete me"?
Thank goodness I was wrong, because I could've been waiting for a very long time! And although it's work, lots of work to grasp this concept, it is work so worth doing!
I encourage you to embrace this concept, and if you already know it, more power to you. We've got this... we've got our own happiness. May we never forget it, and may we pass it along to the next generation... much earlier than it came to us!
