Description

Rosemary Schmidt wanted to find ways for people – including herself – to be happier,  and it turns out there are a thousand little things we can do to invite a little more happiness into our lives, but only a few things that really make a difference. In this book Schmidt both entertains and inspires, blending personal narrative with relatable research from the fields of sociology, psychology and neurology. Without telling you  what to do, she offers a roadmap and allows you to chart your own course. The Happy  Clam will make you think and leave you smiling.
