In this episode, I had the opportunity to talk to Oakland swimmer Auben Nugent. Auben and I talked about how he first started in the sport of swimming, why he first swam for Florida State and then transferred to Oakland and how he has learned to enjoy swimming again. We also talked about what swimming means to him, why he is so excited to swim at Oakland and why joining the Oakland swimming team was a pretty easy decision for him to return back home.
