In this episode, I had the opportunity to talk to Oaklands mens basketball coach Greg Kampe. Coach Kampe and I talked about why he thought this was going to be a special team before the season and the moment that he realized that he was right. We also talked about how difficult the Horizon League was this year and why the tournament champion for any Mid-Major conference should get the automatic bid to the NCAA tournament. Lastly, we talked about the win over Kentucky, and how that win not only changed his players lives, but how it also changed his life especially the 24 hours after the win.
