In this episode, I had the opportunity to talk to Calvin lacrosse defender Ryan Arne. Ryan and I talked about how he started playing lacrosse because of his dad and where he wanted to play. We also talked about his transition to playing college lacrosse on defense and if the sport is more mentally tough or physically tough, Lastly, we talked about how Ryan went through an injury recently and how it has changed his perspective on playing lacrosse.
